Ankit Goyal is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2012. He has worked with professionally managed corporate in capacity as a consultant. He has experience of handling corporate affairs in different areas for over a decade. He has helped many organizations to set up business in India and operating it smoothly. Ankit Goyal has vast knowledge and a thorough understanding of Indian taxation laws (Direct/Indirect), Corporate & allied laws, and related financial and economic regulations & practices. Ankit Goyal & his team have assisted many overseas and domestic companies in completing paperwork, getting necessary approvals, paying taxes, necessary statutory filings and much more. He has advised leading multinational and domestic clients on complex taxation and corporate issues and represented them from assessment till appellate stages. Ms. JYOTI GOYAL, a commerce graduate from North Bengal University, is a qualified Fellow Chartered Accountant (2012) of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. She was associated with Singhi & Company post qualification and has vast experience in audit and assurance of listed and non listed companies. She specializes in the field of Accounting, assurance, corporate planning & compliances and Risk Advisory. She has a post qualification experience of 8 years in full time practice. She has accumulated rich experience in almost all fields of professional services, industrial sectors and diverse clients. She has developed expertise in practice domains ranging from Auditing, Direct/Indirect taxes, corporate Advisory and compliances
